If you are struggling with your life through constant recurring illness, stress, food-related problems, or lack of purpose, Life 2 the Full will teach you how to change the life you are living now into a life that you never thought possible. The book is written in plain English, is easy to understand, and will give you an insight into how easy it is to change your life should you want to.
How did you come up with the title of your book?
I came up with the title of my book Life 2 the Full, because this is what the reader would be doing if they were to include into their life the suggestions put forward to them in the book. By practicing the five main elements written in the book, they would certainly begin to live their Life 2 the full.
What is your writing environment like?
I write at home tucked away in the corner of my dining room where it is fairly quiet, save for the sound of seagulls as my home is only about 300 yards from the beach.
What are some of the best tools available for writers?
The tools I use for writing that I couldn't do without are, my computer, the Word program, spell-check and thesaurus. Then there are various marketing tool available i.e. Internet, websites, social media advertising, blogs etc.
What inspires you to write?
I take my inspiration from people. I feel they need to know that when they have finished their sixth pint of beer, or are tucking into that 12 once lump of stake and chips, or are out clubbing two or three time a week until the early hours of the morning or they are smoking their twentieth cigarette of the day; they are not actually living their Life 2 the Full.
Did you learn anything while writing this book?
Yes, I learned that even if I don't feel like writing and there is nothing in my head to put on the page. Just by sitting in front of the screen for five minutes changes the way I think and then floods of ideas spill out on to the page and I become unstoppable. Everything in life is like this but it is having the courage to take that first step .
What is your favorite quality about yourself?
My favourite quality is having peace of mind and the determination to carry on when other were not interested in what I had to say.
